Customer security is a top priority. We regularly destroy our customer records. Customer data is not retained for more then one month.
If you find that your customer account is not working, or you have trouble opening one, that is because we have disabled them. We feel that the slight advantages of an account do not out weight the risk of storing long term customer records.
However, some data is out of our control. Payment records are maintained by the payment processor / credit card company. And shipment records are retained by the postal service. Because of this, online purchases are not completely secure. Just keep this in mind when security is a concern.
