FINDING DESIGNS

Our designs are easy to find, you simply head over to the designs page and click the link to Odysee to download the complete release package. But what if you want to print a Glock? Or an MP-5?

Most designers place the design files and documentation into a compressed file, and upload it to a file sharing website. Odysee has been the go to option and is used by most developers, though at least one uses GitHub. Unfortunately the search function on Odysee is not the best, and finding designs is not easy via that approach.

A better option is to find direct links to the Odysee page via the developers website. You can also browse through designs on the developers Odysee home page, though you may have to sort through their videos and other files as well to find the gun designs. Direct links can often be found by visiting the developers website. An incomplete list is included here for you to explore:

The absolute best option for for finding designs and files online is to use the Gun CAD Index at guncadindex.com. This free and awesome webtool was developed and is maintained by @theshittinator. It crawls Odysee looking for gun design releases and other relevant files, and indexes them into an easy to use search engine. Simply looking for “Glock 17” or “MP-5” or “Super Safety” will get you a concise list of Odysee releases with links and description.

If you would like to release your own designs, I would highly recommend you do so on Odysee, adding a few relevant tags for the Gun CAD Index to use.
